What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We proudly sell 100% authentic Labubu products and carefully inspect each item before shipping.
Due to the nature of blind box Labubu items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for blind box purchases once they have been opened or delivered.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
